Kinloch Rannoch (near Pitlochry) is one of Scotland's most beautiful rural locations combining mountains, lochs & woodland.

Located on the South side of Loch Rannoch, in rural Perthshire, this charming cottage offers very comfortable self-catering accommodation for couples and families alike. The cottage offers you the chance to relax and get away from it all or explore the surrounding area, enjoy the enclosed, private and secluded garden, or be as active as you wish in an area of outstanding natural beauty.

The cottage has been extensively renovated but retains its original charm, offering  accommodation for up to six people.
It comprises; a lounge with open fire & sofabed, dining room with modern kitchen, double bedroom, twin bedroom,  bathroom and separate shower room, each with a wc. Dogs welcome by arrangement. The cottage is strictly     non smoking.

There are stunning views across the loch and the cottage backs on to the ancient Black Wood of Rannoch for fantastic walking/running and mountain biking (we rent out mountain bikes at low prices). The cottage comes with fishing rights and its own stretch of lochside where you can paddle about or (for the hardy or those with wetsuits) go for a swim.
