The cottage comes with fishing rights and the right to launch a boat onto the loch.
You can cycle right round the loch (approx. 23 miles) with plenty of places to stop for a picnic or just to admire the views.

Front of the cottage - the large enclosed garden extends round the property.
There are established trees and shrubs that offer privacy from the two other privately owned nearby cottages.
The cottage is set back from the loch and the road, offering further privacy and also making it safer for young children & pets.
The lounge has a cosy open fire and comfortable seating for up to 8 people. The fire also heats the hot water so there is always plenty of hot water available.
The lounge has just been extensively redecorated.
Coal is provided for guests and included in the rental price.
The master bedroom has a Kingsize bed and duck-down duvet. The back door offers access and views to the garden and hills beyond.
All the beds have quality mattresses and duvets.
The bedrooms have recently been redecorated and have new carpets.
The second bedroom has two single beds with quality mattresses & duvets and offers bright aspects to the front and side of the cottage.
One bed can be folded away to offer more space for single occupancy or in the event that you wish to have more space for a cot.
The kitchen dining room has a large table with seating for at least six people.
The kitchen has modern units offering ample storage.
The kitchen is well stocked with pans and utensils and has an electric cooker. The crockery is Denby earthenware.
The two windows offer views to the front & back garden and hills beyond.

The nearby Carie Forest Walks offer a choice of short (red), medium (blue) and long (yellow) walks, each with stunning views.
The yellow walk runs along the back of the cottage and provides fantatsic views of the loch and mountains beyond.

Noisy but spectacular!

Sunset from Kinloch Rannoch at the top of Loch Rannoch - the loch is some 11 miles long and has a road running all the way round.
The quiet loch road is ideal for cycling and offers stunning views all the way round.
View looking North of Kinloch Rannoch & Loch Rannoch from the top of Schiehallion - there are several munro's close to the cottage for the keen hill walker.
Schiehallion is easily accessible and offers a path up most of the mountain, making it ideal for children to climb.
The views of the surrounding area are breathtaking and well worth the climb.

Pitlochry is some 45min drive from the cottage and offers excellent shopping and tourist attractions.
Waterfall on the nearby Camghouran river - one of the many beauty spots close to the cottage and one of our favourite picnic spots.
In the summer the pools along this stretch of the river are ideal for swimming.

Snow covered view of Schiehallion in Spring taken from Kinloch Rannoch. This munro is only 10 miles from the cottage and very accessible with a path running up most of the mountain - ideal for beginners.
